Water=Life

I have been inspired by the work of a couple of different ministries.  First, the blood:water mission started by the guys in the band Jars of Clay.

This ministry labors to dig wells in communities where water is unavailable.

What a great ministry.  We take for granted the clean water that we have access to at any time.  The (teenagers!) at drytears.org are also doing a great work, raising money for much the same cause. Check these sites out.

what is this all about?

Well, check the “about oneheritage” tab.  This site is in its infancy stages, but I will continue to develop it as time allows. Above all else, I want Christ to be glorified in this endeavor.  oneheritage is a personal conviction, a ministry, a community.  In the last couple of years, my wife have researched and grown to love the ministry of international adoption. We feel (and the Bible confirms) that it is imperative that Christians aid and comfort widows and orphans. How can the Body of Christ mobilize to make this a reality?  Arwen and I are currently in the “funding” process of international adoption.  International adoption is very expensive, but we know that God will provide.
